Take a walk in my shoes...
I just returned from our annual Promotional Products trade show held in Las Vegas every January and just wanted to share a little bit of my experience. Heck, I should call it my exercise regime because no joke, I walked over 9 miles in one day. Seriously!! All the other days, I walked at least 4 miles. It's worth it though.
I go to further my education in our massive industry, see the new products and find those hard to find products that my clients are asking for. It's keeps me "plugged in" and motivated to do what I can to improve myself and my business. There are many distributors that attend this trade show. I would say about a quarter to half of those attend the educational sessions and I am one of those people. To me, the educational sessions keep me sharp and on point with what clients are needing to build their brand and to be successful in their business and fulfilled in mine. Only by lifting others can I become successful at what I do. I am a Certified Advertising Specialist because of my training and am working toward earning the title "Master Advertising Specialist". Sounds special, right?? Well, it is... only because my clients are special to me and I want them to know that I can handle anything they ask for. (Well, almost anything)
On a side note....if you want to hear or read from a inspiring and hilarious woman, search #RitaDavenport, you won't be sorry.
